I am Brittany Neal, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Freedom Love Acceptance Therapy & Educational Center LLC. My work began in 2011 in early childhood education and has grown into a lifelong passion for supporting children, families, and adults through healing and growth. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2019 and have worked in a variety of community and mental health settings. I specialize in working with trauma, family systems, identity development, and early childhood and parent-child relationships. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and I use a compassionate, creative, and client-centered approach in my work

At the heart of my work is a belief that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships where people feel seen, heard, and respected.

Gena was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN. Her journey of faith and service began in 2000 after a spiritual experience that shaped her lifelong passion for helping others. She has served in ministry for many years and currently serves as Co-Pastor of Life Church Dane County with her husband. She is also a mother of four, a Christian Life Coach, a self-published author, and a breast cancer survivor. Gena supports mothers through the Maternal PRESS Program, helping them connect to resources, build confidence, and set goals during pregnancy and early parenting. She also works as a CCS Rehabilitation Worker, supporting individuals in building daily life skills, routines, communication, and personal goals.

She believes every person can grow and heal with the right support, encouragement, and care.

Emily Bent LPC-IT

Bobbie Briggs LMFT Psychotherapist

Hailing from the South Side of Chicago, IL, Bobbie Briggs, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist and community mental health outreach specialist committed to expanding access to culturally grounded, compassionate care. She has experience in psychotherapy, higher education, program development, and community engagement, supporting individuals, families, youth, and community organizations across the greater Madison area. Bobbie has developed and facilitated trauma-informed training, maternal mental health programs, and social-emotional learning groups in partnership with schools, nonprofits, and community centers. Her work is rooted in equity, relationship-building, and meeting people where they are. She holds an MS in Marriage & Family Therapy from Edgewood University and a BS in Community & Environmental Sociology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She also serves in leadership roles within community organizations. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family, music, peppermint tea, and psychological thriller movies and shows.


I am a compassionate mental health counselor committed to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges, emotional struggles, and personal growth. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am currently pursuing a PhD in Counseling Education and Supervision. My work is grounded in the belief that healing and change occur within a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship. I strive to help clients build insight, develop effective coping skills, and foster emotional resilience. I am dedicated to creating a supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they gain clarity, strengthen self-awareness, and move toward meaningful, lasting change in their lives. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy crafts, running, and listening to music, which help me stay grounded and connected to creativity and balance. I also value being actively involved in my community and believe that connection and belonging play an important role in overall mental health and well-being.

Antoria Toles

APSW , Full Spectrum Doula

Antoria (Tori) is a social worker, doula, and therapist who is also a proud mother of two children. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, with a focus on children, families, child development, and child welfare.

She has worked in restorative justice, doula support, and outpatient therapy, and in 2021 founded The Unpack Project. Through this work, she focuses on helping individuals and families “unpack” barriers and access their full selves through healing-centered, human-focused approaches. Antoria’s work is deeply rooted in supporting Black women and children and addressing racial disparities in maternal and infant health. As a birth doula, she is especially passionate about supporting pregnant and postpartum individuals, including those experiencing perinatal mental health challenges.

She believes in the power of relationships, empowerment, and early support to create healthier outcomes for families during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
