Self-Care Packages
The Fruit of Self-Care 10-Week Program is a guided journey designed to help individuals build lifelong skills in reflection, communication, identity, self-awareness, and emotional regulation. Rooted in research that connects stress management with improved health and birth outcomes, this program combines group learning with personal support to foster growth and resilience. Each participant begins with a 30-minute pre-session to set intentions and ends with a 45-minute exit session to reflect on progress and create a plan for moving forward. Over the course of ten weeks, participants will engage in structured lessons, guided discussions, and practical exercises, while also using two supportive books and a hardcover workbook to deepen their practice. The program emphasizes mindfulness, coping strategies, and self-discovery, creating a safe space for individuals to strengthen their ability to care for themselves, reduce stress, and build healthier connections.
